Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Identification
These Terms govern use of the My Health application, developed by AppChemylabs. Contact: soporte@appchemylabs.es.
2. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the app, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you act as a caregiver for another person, you declare that you are authorized to manage their data under applicable law.
4. Nature of the service
5. Account, profiles and guest mode
- You may use the app in guest mode (local data) or create/link an account (Firebase).
- You may create multiple clinical profiles depending on app features.
- You are responsible for keeping your PIN, pattern or biometric unlock confidential.
6. Permitted use
- Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
- Use the app only for personal or authorized caregiving purposes.
- Do not attempt to compromise security, perform unfair reverse engineering or abusive automated use of AI.
- Do not use the app for illegal activities.
7. Artificial intelligence features
AI features (chat, scans, diet/exercise/sleep plans, reports) require explicit consent and are subject to the medical disclaimer. You accept that responses may contain errors and must be verified with a professional.
8. Premium subscription
- Some features (e.g. extended AI quotas) may require a paid subscription managed by Google Play and RevenueCat.
- Pricing, billing period and cancellation are governed by Google Play terms.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions.
9. Caregiver mode and groups
If you invite caregivers or join a care group, you are responsible for sharing health data consciously and revoking access when appropriate.
10. Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, trademarks and proprietary content belong to AppChemylabs or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
11. User responsibility
You are responsible for decisions you make based on app information. My Health does not guarantee clinical outcomes or absolute accuracy of third-party or OCR/AI-extracted data.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppChemylabs shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or medical decisions made without consulting a professional. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security or product evolution. We will publish relevant changes to these Terms with an updated date.
14. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and request data deletion per our deletion policy. We may suspend access if you materially breach these Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For consumers in the EU, mandatory rules of your country of residence also apply. Jurisdiction: competent courts under consumer law.
