My Health and its artificial intelligence features (MY HEALTH Assistant, scans, reports, habit plans, orientational image classification) provide general health and wellness information. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or binding clinical second opinion.
2. Not a medical device
The application is not certified as a medical device or healthcare product. It must not be used for definitive self-diagnosis or treatment decisions without professional supervision.
3. Artificial intelligence
- AI may make errors, omit relevant information or misinterpret images and text (OCR).
- Responses are generated from your data and prompts; they do not create a doctor–patient relationship.
- AI must never replace an in-person or telehealth consultation with a qualified professional.
- It does not prescribe prescription-only medicines or alter regimens prescribed by your doctor.
4. High-risk situations
If the app or AI detects patterns compatible with emergency (e.g. possible heart attack, stroke, anaphylaxis, severe bleeding, suicidal ideation), orientational alerts may be shown. These alerts do not guarantee detection of all emergencies. When in doubt, go to emergency services.
5. Medication
Medication reminders are adherence aids. You are responsible for taking medicines as directed by your healthcare professional. Verify interactions and contraindications with your pharmacist or doctor.
6. Health Connect and sensors
Wearable or Health Connect data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely solely on these values for critical clinical decisions.
7. Caregiver and assisted patient modes
Voice or SOS features facilitate communication with caregivers or emergency services but depend on connectivity, device permissions and user configuration.
8. Limitation of liability
AppChemylabs shall not be liable for damages arising from use or inability to use information provided by the app or AI, to the extent permitted by law.
